2005 and 2006 saw Filmscapes win two Silver Gilt Medals for their gardens ‘Sunken Seclusion’ and ‘Solar Ellipse’ at the world famous “Hampton Court Flower show”.
Filmscapes has provided a landscape gardening, home garden design services and set dressing to the Film and Television Industry and private sector for 25 years.
The UK based company is headed by Lucinda McLean, although she still works very closely with her father who initially set up the company. Her brother Hadrian rejoined the landscaping team almost five years ago as their ‘in-house' garden designer for all their garden design projects.
Our Philosophy.
We have a small team of qualified landscapers that are able to draw on their wealth of experience in landscape gardening to execute all aspects of design and build with real dedication for all of our clients.
It is important to us that our landscapers have a strong relationship with our clients and that they are involved throughout each part of the project, from the initial conception through to the finished design.
We pride ourselves on attention to detail and authenticity in our garden design and use only the best quality materials for the job, whilst still offering value for money.
Our nursery.
We operate from a 3-acre nursery near to Surbiton in Surrey. The site consists of tropical and temperate glass houses, shade houses and a large area set aside for out door trees, shrubs and perennials.
